Set media URL's based on mediamtx API URL or special ENV variable

Set the URL's provided by the cameras based on:

1. MEDIAMTX_HOST Environmental Variable
2. hostname from the MEDIAMTX_API_URL Environmental Variable
3. the window.location.origin
